How you took care of yourself in your 20s will reflect on how you look in your 30s. People are so obsessed with anti aging products, botox, surgery’s that they don’t realize there is no such thing as a ,,quick fix“. Taking care of yourself daily is the best ,anti-aging‘ (I hate this word because it promotes not accepting the process of aging instead of embracing what’s inevitable). Drink enough water, sleep well, alcohol cigarettes and drugs will make your cells age faster, be active, take care of your mental health (whatever feels good to you: meditation, yoga, walks, meeting up with a friend etc.) and do more of what you truly love. ????
