Right guys I’m not saying “My Plan” and what I do is the only way to lose weight, because it’s pretty simple “eat less and move more”… However that comment alone would drive me mad 😅 as I just never knew what was the right things to eat and what my body required and most importantly can I actually stick to it! 7 years ago I finally found something that worked for me and I’ve never looked back🙌🏻. Through both pregnancies I gained well over 45Ibs, and I’ve been able to get my body back in a healthy way that doesn’t restrict you from cutting out food groups or depriving your body from food! You eat little and often 5 - 6 X a day and that consists of high protein whole-foods / nutritious smoothies and supplements 💚 It’s convenient, it doesn’t feel like a your on a diet, you can still enjoy the foods & drinks you love within moderation and you will start to see results within 3-6 weeks ‼️Ive spent years helping women that have always found weight-loss confusing like I did, and just by following a simple plan they got the results they wanted 🫶🏻If you want to know my plan please drop me a DM NOW RESULTS and I’ll spend tonight and tomorrow getting back to you.. a little round up of how half term went 🫶🏻 … 1- Orla got to experience what it’s like to own a Pony for a day something I’ll be making sure she does for a few more years before I give in and get one 😂 🐴 @ggg_equestrian 2- I finally got Orla in a dentist chair thanks to Jas @croftsdental for making it such an easy experience 🦷 3- Painting Pottery Play date & Milkshakes 🎨 🥛 @pinkparachute1 4- The girls experienced their first @tgifridaysuk ( which lasted approximately 40 mins before Una kicked off 😂) @tommyedney 5- If your kid loves Soft Play & Farms then get to @ashlynswildlifepark perfect for the kids, my girls particularly love the Alpacas their 🦙 6- sister love 💖 7- a rare moment I wore jeans and did my hair 💁🏼‍♀️8- and of course I had to get a toe pick in 🦶🏻 (just another few more weeks of the bandage on 🩹 ) and loving the new Kardashions 🤩
