Here’s a simple-but-awesome full-body workout that I did with @grantgust yesterday. I used to train Grant for a long time, but last year he moved to NYC to star in a Broadway show and started doing my app workouts on his own. Now he’s back in LA, but he still just works out on his own using my programs; and every so often we just work out together as friends. I love when clients become self-sufficient in the gym, but I also have mixed feelings because I essentially put myself out of a job and lost a great client ????Anyway, here’s the full workout we did. Both of us hadn’t worked out in a few weeks with all the fire craziness happening here in LA, so we went lighter than normal and picked exercises that are easier on the lower back since both of us were feeling a little less than stellar after the layoff from training. The goal here was to ease back into things without overdoing it, and pick exercises that work the whole body in a joint-friendly manner. If you have any questions about the individual moves or the workout structure, ask below.
