Wallis Annenberg was always who I wanted to be when I grew up. Getting to spend time with her, to know her, to learn from her- was a highlight of my life. She transformed many parts of LA through her philanthropy in the areas of education, the arts, health care, and community engagement. She gave away hundreds of millions of dollars. She championed underserved communities in Los Angeles. She had a wicked sense of humor and was the smartest person I know. She cared about everyone- and especially effective philanthropy. Her commitment to kindness was unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and look up some of her accomplishments- it will inspire you. I will forever try to be like her. 💔

House of Lies is now on @netflix for a whole new audience to enjoy. We made the pilot of this show 15 years ago for Showtime, it ran for five seasons and we had an absolute blast making it. For this year’s #ActorsOnActors, Kristen Bell and Adam Scott reunite more than 20 years after first meeting on the cult teen drama “Veronica Mars,” where Scott guest-starred. Since then, the duo has shared the screen in comedies like “Party Down,” “Parks and Recreation” and “The Good Place” — and become close friends in real life. So close, in fact, that Scott’s teenage daughter now babysits Bell’s kids.⁠⁠“Here’s the problem with actors who are friends or see each other socially: It all blends,” Bell says. “We went out to dinner two weeks ago.
