Taylor Swift may add “conservator” to her famous range of titles.
The star has been working hard on her $25 million house located in Beverly Hills. She purchased it in autumn of 2015. Taylor wants to restore the house to its initial 1934 condition.
Her job was splendid as the property received the seal of approval by the Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission. We remind you that earlier the estate belonged to Samuel Goldwyn, a legendary Hollywood producer.
The singer’s architects managed to do plenty of work on the property over 2016.
The brick and stucco building has got 2 stories, a guest suite and 4 bedrooms, Mansion Global reports. It features 11,000 square feet. There also are a tennis court, tool shed, swimming pool and cabana.
The main 1000-year-old double-hung huge windows were restored as well as the columns in the pool cabana. Also plaster moulding on the curved staircase inside has been restored.
