Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner filed a formal divorce three years after breaking up. Ben is allowed to meet with children only in the presence of his ex-wife.
The final settlement of the custody issue is hampered by Affleck’s alcohol addiction, which he is fighting in a rehabilitation center. Although the actor recently underwent another recovery course, Garner refrains from having their three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel meet their father without her supervision.
