She is assisted in this by professional trainer Amy Rosoff Davis. Under the guidance of Amy, the singer trained three to five times a week. 

Gradually, Selena switched to a daily two-hour class schedule. The trainer made a special nutrition program for the star and demanded to adhere to several of its rules. Amy forbade her ward to be weighed, as she doesn't believe in numbers. 

The trainer also doesn't insist on a strict diet, considering that you need to eat your favorite foods, but in reasonable quantities. The main rule of supporting your body in good shape is the combination of different types of physical activity.
