British film actress and model Emma Watson has become a member of the board of directors of Kering, which owns the brands Gucci, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, and Alexander McQueen.

Also, the actress was appointed chairman of the Board of Directors Committee on Sustainable Development.

The company emphasized that the combined experience and skills of three new executives will improve Kering's work quality.
