  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 st. coconut water

Reese Witherspoon noted that you could change the list of ingredients based on what is in the refrigerator.

Method of cooking:

  1. Add spinach, lettuce leaves and all fruits to the blender;
  2. Add to a bowl of coconut water;
  3. Grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth;
