Reese Witherspoon shared a recipe for her favorite green smoothie, which she said has replaced her breakfast for almost a decade.
You will need:
- 120 g of spinach
- 2 heads of lettuce
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 banana
- 1/2 st. coconut water
Reese Witherspoon noted that you could change the list of ingredients based on what is in the refrigerator.
Method of cooking:
- Add spinach, lettuce leaves and all fruits to the blender;
- Add to a bowl of coconut water;
- Grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth;
- In the strip, you can add a little peanut paste, protein - anything you want.
