Barbara Palvin has proven to be remarkably resilient.

Her husband, Dylan Sprouse, revealed the extent of her determination during an exclusive interview with E! News, discussing how she managed to walk the runway at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show despite her injury.

“She sustained a foot fracture just a month ago,” Dylan mentioned on the event’s pink carpet on October 15. “Her foot is still healing, which I find quite amusing.”

He continued, “The rush of adrenaline will take over, and she’ll walk flawlessly, though I can’t help but feel a bit anxious for her.”

However, according to the Suite Life actor, Barbara—who married Dylan in 2023—is truly a “beast” who remains unfazed under pressure.

“She approaches everything with such calm,” the 33-year-old added. “She just says, ‘Today’s the day,’ while I’m thinking, ‘You’ve been preparing for months. Don’t you get nervous?’”

Supporting Each Other

Throughout the day, the Disney Channel star was a constant presence for Barbara. He accompanied her to the show, bid her farewell in the morning, and stayed connected via FaceTime in the afternoon.

Raising Awareness for Endometriosis

Dylan also took the opportunity to spotlight endometriosis, a condition Barbara underwent surgery for in June.

“I wore an endometriosis awareness pin because Barbara recently had surgery for it,” he shared. “Her strength in facing that challenge is inspiring.”

The couple realized that endometriosis lacks widespread recognition.

“After Barbara shared her story, many women reached out, saying they experienced similar symptoms,” Dylan explained. “Some even realized they might have the condition after seeing her post.”

He added, “If our efforts help even a little, it’s worth it.”

Barbara echoed this sentiment, stating, “Dylan has been incredibly supportive throughout my surgery and recovery process.”
