Halle Bailey and DDG Reach Custody Agreement After Dismissing DV Restraining Orders
Halle Bailey and DDG are moving forward after their breakup, sharing a 22-month-old son Halo.
Court documents obtained by E! News show they have dismissed the domestic violence restraining orders they filed against each other and have dropped the temporary orders, while preserving the option to revive the claims if necessary.
They also reached a temporary custody arrangement for Halo: Bailey will have primary physical custody, while DDG will have Halo on Wednesdays and certain weekends, with a plan for upcoming holidays.
In addition, the agreement requires that neither parent publish images or information about Halo online and that they avoid disparaging one another in public or around their son.
Reps for both Bailey and DDG did not respond to requests for comment.
The couple, who began dating in 2022, split in October 2024 after more than two years together. Halo was born in January 2024.
DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., has previously addressed the situation in music, while continuing to express a wish to move forward amicably.
