Almost half a year past the birth of their daughter Saga Blade, MGK continues to commend Megan, expressing that there's no one he'd prefer to navigate fatherhood with.

“Our journey was a remarkable blend of love, challenges, and enchantment,” MGK shared on The Jennifer Hudson Show, scheduled to premiere on September 18. “I partnered with someone who is the finest collaborator one could have when raising a child.”

The 35-year-old artist, who also fathers Casie Colson Baker, 16, with ex Emma Cannon, highlighted Megan as a “remarkable mother.” Their teamwork in parenting has been seamless, save for one minor disagreement.

“We often debate who our daughter resembles more,” MGK mentioned about Saga. “Sometimes she mirrors me perfectly, and other times, she’s more like her mom.”

“I prefer to shift all congratulations to Megan because she truly does most of the work,” he stated on Today last month. “She’s the primary caregiver. I contribute by playing guitar and wishing for our child's happiness.”

“Recently, someone commented on me being a great dad just because I was holding the baby,” he recounted. “Megan was upset about it, insisting that wasn’t the case.”
