Natalie Joy Viall Updates on Healing Process Following Third Miscarriage

Natalie Joy Viall has bravely shared details about her latest miscarriage.

Following Nick Viall's recent disclosure about Natalie experiencing a miscarriage almost five months after their second loss, the 26-year-old mother of their 18-month-old daughter, River Rose, provided an update on her healing journey.

On August 17, Natalie expressed her gratitude on Instagram Stories, stating, “Thank you all for the overwhelming love and support after we went through our third miscarriage. I dedicated the past week to physically recover from my second D&C, leaned on my support system, and enjoyed continuous moments with my miracle daughter, Rivvy.”

She continued, “I’m closely collaborating with my trusted doctors to understand the underlying causes so we can prevent this painful experience from happening again. Much love to everyone.”

Recent Public Reveal

This personal update arrives just three days after Nick shared the heartbreaking news on his Viall Files podcast. The couple has consistently been transparent about their struggles with pregnancy.

In the August 14 episode, Nick expressed, “Natalie is not with us right now. There's no gentle way to say it—it really sucks. She’s at home resting and working on her emotional and physical recovery.”

He acknowledged that while doctors mentioned miscarriages are possible, facing a third loss in a year has been deeply unsettling. “Having two or three consecutive miscarriages is uncommon,” he explained. “We’re now undergoing extensive testing to understand more about our situation. It’s a strange mix of wanting answers but hoping not to find anything.”

Different Paths of Grieving

Nick also touched on how his grief differs from Natalie’s as a father. “There’s a unique bond mothers have. As a dad, I’m trying to balance my own mourning while maintaining stability for the family,” he shared. “For those going through this, it can feel incredibly isolating, which is what Natalie is experiencing right now.”
