Cardi B Cheers on Stefon Diggs Following Patriots’ Triumph Over Texans
Cardi B made it clear she’s fully behind her partner.
Following the New England Patriots’ victory over the Houston Texans on January 18, Cardi B enthusiastically celebrated her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, on social media.
Responding to ESPN analysts who had predicted a Texans win, Cardi posted on X, “THEY DIDN’T BELIEVE IN US. I LIKE US!!!!! WE ALL WE GOT!!!!! WE ALL WE NEED !!!! #patsnation.”
The video she shared showed her passionately rejecting doubts, yelling, “What are y’all talking about? Nothing! Nothing!”
She continued the celebration on her Instagram Story, tagging Stefon and cheering, “Walk ‘em down! Walk ‘em down in the name of Jesus!”
Cardi, who shares a two-month-old son with Stefon as well as three other children—Kulture (7), Wave (4), and Blossom (14 months)—with her estranged husband Offset, posted an encouraging message to her boyfriend before the game began.
“MY FAMILY,” she wrote alongside a photo of Stefon kissing her forehead. “You got this !! STEP IN THE NAME OF THE LORD … PATSNATION.”
Her vocal support comes shortly after she defended their choice to spend Christmas apart, with Stefon visiting his children from other relationships while Cardi stayed home with her kids.
On December 29, Cardi addressed critics in a video on X, urging calm. “Y’all need to calm down. Is y’all cool? Y’all been dragging me for three or four days. Y’all been a little bit too mean. I can’t change s--t, I can’t go back in time. I already had a baby.”
She emphasized, “I don’t know what y’all want me to do. We can only go forward now.”
Despite the physical distance during the holidays, Stefon kept Cardi and their son close in his thoughts.
He reposted Cardi’s Christmas photo holding their son by a beautifully decorated tree and joked, “Miss yaw. Don’t be squeezing him too tight you making him soft.”
Meanwhile, Cardi humorously attempted to get her children to pose for the ideal holiday photo, which proved impossible.
She captioned her December 25 post with, “The perfect Christmas picture don’t exist in this house.”
