Inside Taylor Swift’s Dior Wedding Look for Her Ceremony with Travis Kelce
Even if you weren’t on the guest list for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding, the details of her bridal look are worth knowing.
The singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star were married on July 3 in New York after three years as a couple, and attention quickly turned to the dress everyone had been waiting to see.
The Dress
Swift wore a Christian Dior Haute Couture gown for the ceremony. According to a press release shared with E! News, designer Jonathan Anderson worked closely with both the bride and groom to shape their wedding day outfits, marking his first couture wedding dress for a globally recognized celebrity.
She completed the look with Cartier jewelry and custom Christian Louboutin shoes, while Kelce also wore bespoke Louboutins for the occasion. The ceremony was reportedly officiated by Adam Sandler.
Hints Before the Wedding
In the months before the wedding, Swift gave subtle clues about her possible designer choice. She had been seen carrying several Dior handbags, which fueled speculation among fans and fashion watchers.
In May, she attended a New York Knicks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers playoff game with Kelce, wearing Stella McCartney clothing but finishing the look with a small black Dior bag. Earlier in April, she was spotted with her father, Scott Swift, in New York wearing a blue Staud dress and a bright yellow Lady Dior handbag.
Her long-standing loyalty to Christian Louboutin also made the shoe choice unsurprising. Swift has worn the brand repeatedly, including on the Eras Tour, and even joked in her 2025 documentary that aching feet in Louboutins felt like a worthy tradeoff.
Other Designers Fans Considered
Before the dress reveal, many believed Swift might choose Stella McCartney, one of her longtime favorites. She previously collaborated with the label in 2019 and even referenced it in her song “London Boy.”
Monse was another name in the mix after Swift wore a custom black-and-silver dress from the brand during a performance at Tight End University. Still, she has often turned to Oscar De La Renta for major moments, including her 2021 Album of the Year win and the premiere of her Eras Tour film.
For a separate wedding outing in Brooklyn, she chose a Marcia Lucia Hohan dress with vintage Darlene de Sedle jewelry once owned by Elizabeth Taylor. She has also frequently worn Vivienne Westwood for formal events, including a red mini dress at the 2025 Grammys and a white tour gown covered in lyrics from The Tortured Poets Department.
Swift’s style history also includes looks from Versace and Valentino across casual appearances, performances, and red carpets.
