You know my rule - don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself - enjoy your cheat meals, my friends. ???????????? Banana Bread Recipe ????4 ripe bananas2 whole eggs, 2 eggs yolks1/2 cup coconut oil1/2 cup maple syrup1/3 cup brown sugar 1 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup almond flour 1t baking powder1t baking soda1t salt 1t cinnamon1/2 cup milk chocolate chips Mix together wet ingredients in a mixing bowl, keeping the bananas a bit chunky. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold together with chocolate chips. Pour batter into a parchment lined 10x6 baking dish. For a little extra crunch, add a sprinkle of brown sugar to the top of the batter. Bake at 350F for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick interested into the centre of the bread comes out clean. Cool, slice, and try not to eat the entire loaf in one sitting. Enjoy!~ Chef Josh @thechefoutwest

Put together a new superset for traps that I’m loving. The burn and activation is deep ???? especially using a heavy resistance band. Start with Hex bar shrugs, then transition to band shrugs. Slight lean forward to activate and engage more traps. I’m a big proponent of performing holds at the most intense part of the movements. Challenge yourself and use the thicker heavier resistance bands - grab them at the bottom close to the floor so the resistance is ultra taught - they’re gonna light you up but the burn is insane and worth the pain. Also forces great grip strength as well. Give this one a shot, have fun and enjoy the progress and pain ????????????Back to work.

Saturday super sets - finishing leg training with chain lunges + hex bar shrugs. I like switching things up and challenging myself with exercises that don’t typically go together but still very taxing and kicks my ass. For lunges I’m constantly tweaking my form based on all my injuries I’ve learned to work around (torn quad + adductor off my pelvis, torn abdominal wall etc) to get best activation out of the movement. For shrugs, I always control the weight and hold at the top for 2+ seconds. Intensifies the activation, grip strength/ trap growth etc. as always, shout to the original “smashing machine” @markkerrtsm for the brotherly love, encouragement, and support during this intense and wild journey. #tsm #saturdayshinanigans

When I was creating Teremana Tequila I heard a crazy stat - that less than 10% of all super premium tequila is consumed outside of North America.
