That passion led me on an incredible journey to Japan, where I had the immense privilege of immersing myself in the craft of traditional sake brewing. Alongside my dear friend, Hadrien, I worked with Tojis (the revered master brewers) learning ancestral techniques directly from them. It was a dream come true to contribute to the creation of something truly unique, and that “something” is SEIUN🍶This isn’t just a sake; it’s a piece of my heart, a “baby” born from dedication, respect for a timeless art, and a shared vision.
