2025 recap. I lost my biological dad in January and with him many unanswered questions, so many ‘whys’ and ‘I wishes.’ And then my babies turned 1 & 4 and life carried on and the hurt was beginning to fade. Come May mama started feeling worse and having real complications- the next months were filled with uncertainty, fear, more memories, more laughs, happy tears, sad tears, love. November she left us. December we said our proper goodbye to her. I had held onto my dad for a long time, and finally I was ready to say goodbye to him as well. Made it through our first thanksgiving, Christmas, and new years without her. Made it through my first work trip that I didn’t call her from. This year has been incredibly painful. But through it there has been beauty as well. Heartfelt conversations, last minute trips, closure, closeness with my family, support and shared memories. Although the bad haunts me the good stays on my mind. Grateful for that, grateful for my husband, for my babies, my family & friends, and for another year to try to make it better than the last. I’ve thought so long about how terrible this year has been, how much my heart has broken. But looking back we made the most of it, and that’s all you really can do. Here’s to 2026, a better year, and more memories to be made. Thank you to all of my family, friends, and colleagues for all the love & support. And lastly, thank you @nicolas_krause for holding me through this turbulent year. I love you ❤️

Starting off 2025 strong with @VSXOfficial @VictoriasSecret ; I live a pretty active life especially with two energetic boys.. my fitness goal this year is to take time for myself to work on healing an old injury, learn a yoga headstand, and maybe take a new class I normally would be timid to try.
