Thank you to @kaiagerber for coming to CHLA to #MakeMarchMatter for our patients! 🌟 Charlotte was so excited to take Kaia through all her favorite activities in the playroom—including bracelet-making, playing in the kitchen, and grocery shopping! 🥕🍎

@jduboff’s debut novel Early Thirties officially releases on March 18. We were lucky enough to get a very very early copy and inhaled it. It’s not a feel-good book per se, but when you finish it, you actually do miss these toxic people you’ve spent the last 300 pages with. Josh perfectly captures the anxiety of outgrowing someone you love — with dialogue that is so petty and bitchy and brutal, at times it feels like you’re just reading leaked texts between friends and co-workers. So fun / so smart / so unlike anything we’ve ever covered 🦚 libraryscience.net to get a copy + special conversation to follow.

@caleb.femi and @kaiagerber talk about house parties, poetry, Tumblr kids — and the importance of moving intellectualism aside in order to celebrate human connection. Caleb is a true merchant of joy. Please pick up a copy of his book The Wickedest 🔐 Full conversation on libraryscience.com s/o @fsgbooks

We made a limited edition mini book bag that can hold a book, phone, highlighter - and ideally, nothing else. 100% of the proceeds from this sale will directly benefit the ongoing fire relief efforts in LA ❤️???? libraryscience.net [Updated: sold out but more coming]

This month, we covered I Am Alien to Life by Djuna Barnes (published by @mcnallyeditions). We’re excited to release this conversation - but equally disappointed that the darker through-line of these stories are hitting so close to home today in particular. Full conversation with writer and critic @merve__emre (who wrote the forward and curated the collection) on libraryscience.net ❤️????
